 I am a seasoned real estate agent and customer service professional who seek to understand a client's goals and objectives; and I strive to meet their needs and wants, based on market opportunities, personal preferences and financial parameters. 

 I have always been passionate about real estate and have a keen sense of quality and value. I am patient and thorough, and carry a calm and cautious demeanor in presentation and negotiation skills. I understand and consider both the business and human side of any real estate decision, and take great pride in guiding my clients to achieve their real estate dreams.

My rich experiences in real estate service have included both buying and selling, detached houses, townhomes and condos, for personal use and investment. It's the ultimate satisfaction for me to help my clients get the most optimal results in the existing market.

As a home-owner and a successful real-estate investor myself, I would be happy to share with you my experiences and insight in real estate.

 I have always been known as a thoughtful and trustworthy person; confident and reliable. I'd like to think that I am smart and I take my responsibilities very seriously. I am time-sensitive, highly efficient but do not always go for the quickest solution. With problem solving, I am calculated, innovative and resourceful. 

Born and raised in Hong Kong, I graduated from Hotel and Tourism Management in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Through my work years in restaurant chains, hotels and convention centres in Hong Kong and Vancouver, I have served a mixed profile of clientele and worked with a wide range of budgets. 

Though I am a hard-worker, I take my hobbies and interests very seriously. I love art, music, fine foods, reading and gardening. I enjoy learning and take the time to nurture my interests. I love travelling but even with my extensive travel experiences, I consider Canada as the most beautiful country in the world and Vancouver the best city to live in. 

I speak and write proper English, and can articulate business English with ease and precision.

I am also proud of my Chinese heritage. While I am fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, I can also read and write Chinese at an advanced level.
Learning French has also been a passion of mine for more than 20 years.
